“My navy and grey ended up striped and navy and black my parcel didn’t arrive and after numerous emails I had to revert to the power of Facebook to get anywhere my suggestion to you is to stop using Royal Mail as being told by people who worked for them they still get paid the same wage wether they deliver 10 parcels or 100 parcels were other companies pay by parcels delivered. So my experience has not been a good one even though I ended up with something but not exactly what I ordered”
