“Pleased with the Bamboo face masks but disappointed that they came all the way from China. When I ordered them there was no mention of where they were made - whereas the cotton organic mask - it said it came from the EU. If I had known this I would not have bought”
“The material is very soft and comfortable to wear on the face. However, there are no instructions on how to put it on. Other masks just hook around the ears but these have over-sized loops which make the mask too loose and no guidance on how to adjust these. Not only that but there is an extra elasticated string attached to the loops which doesn't make obvious sense.
I consider myself to be of reasonable intelligence however this was a bit beyond me and the packaging could have shown how this mask should be worn safely and effectively using the loops properly. Maybe photos from behind would help?
Also, the photos of the man and woman wearing said masks shows them being very large and covering not only the nose and mouth but well down the chin too. My mask is somewhat smaller in my opinion and it rides up (or down from the nose) when speaking...”
“They are very large & the only way to tighten them is to tie the loops around the back of your head. I was expecting loops that would just go over my ears.
Also, I have unsubscribed from your mailing list at least three times, but still the emails come!”
