“I ordered a 4x4 banner for our Ducks Unlimited Banquet on 11/14. All the notices said it would arive by 11/20. Two days before the event on 11/21, I was notified that the banners would not arrive until between 2 -6 on 11/21. Since this was a highway directional sign I had no choice but to have a rush order done locally at a much more expensive price. This was unusual for your company because I ordered many banners from you when I worked at the newspaper and never had any problems.”

“The quality was exactly as expected and it was very nice! I knocked two stars off because it’s was missing the hole and grommet in the upper left corner. And considering that was one of the only two needed, it was a big disappointment and now concern for the future as we had to cut a hole in it ourselves and hope that it lasts through the ages.”
