“Your website and product are good. I was disappointed as I paid around $100 for a rush, however, when I had to approve lower quality graphics, (and did so quickly) the rush could not happen. I understand that, however, when I asked someone about it and said I no longer needed any rush (because the delay was past the first event, thus time was not important), they said they could not refund the rush fee other than canceling and reordering. Seems like there could/should be a better way. Thanks”

“What was the price you used to get me in was a whole lot less than the final price. Just be honest up front that there are additional items to be added. Or better yet sell the banner with all that is needed to hang. Your delivery was in a timely manner. I will certainly take time to compare with other companies final cost before I purchase again,”
