“This order was intially lost then held up multiple times once simply because the operator did not move to production - I didn't find out until I actually called; I finally received a proof which looked fine and was approved but when I received the actual print out there are sections of black ground that do not match the overall black of the entire image - looks sloppy - and no one bother to notifiy me about this and this was not shown in the proof - very dissappointed in the customer service and overall look of the banner.”

“Great product and customer service went above and beyond. We had an issue with the shipping dates and I didn’t get my product in the allotted amount of time I needed it. Mistakes happen, but the way this company corrected the mistake and made it right deserves 10 stars in my opinion. Small businesses make mistakes- however what sets small businesses apart is how they correct them and this company did a great job. I will use them again and am very thankful.”
