“If I could not give a star, I would take that route. I still haven't even recieved this banner. Just got off hold for over 30 mintues and finally opted for the call back... we'll see if I actually get one. I really enjoyed working with this company; however, my last transaction has been horrible. I ordered this banner over a month ago. Was shipped 2 of the same banner and still can't seem to get the banner that I needed several weeks ago. Says it was shipped on 7/1/24 but here it is the 10th and nothing.”
