“We have been ordering from you for 10 + years. We paid for expedited shipping that ened. up being delayed due to the quality of an image. While we were goingback and forth with the updated logo. We asked to add one more banner to our order and we were not allowed as a result we had to pay the estra shipping. When the banners arrived we received two made of a different cloth like material??? I have considered different companies and feel now is the time to make that move.”
