“I received only 4 of the banners out of my order of approximately 75. My package was mislabeled and I received someone elses banners. I spoke with a woman on Thursday JUne 20th and she told me that they could reprint and drop ship so that I would have them on Sunday for an event. I spoke with a different woman on Friday and was told that the order was not being reprinted and that there was no way to get half of the banners that I needef for Sunday. I needed 32 banners for June 21st and 35 banners for June 23. I received none of them. I was issued a refund and the few banners that I recieved were of good quality. Very disappointed in the customer service especially when I was told two different things.”
