“My banner looked great as always. However, I ordered 2 different banners and got 2 of the same banner. I know mistakes happen but I didn't feel that my customer service rep in chat really cared. I'm sure I paid extra for quicker shipping; however, now I'm still waiting on a banner I needed last week and you tell me theres no way to expidite it. Customer service should have been better.”
