“I ordered my custom banner on March 17th, I was told by the company it would be here by March 24th as I needed it for a special event and I paid extra for faster shipping. It is now April 13th. still no banner I've called the company and the shipping service multiple times.... no one can find the package or give me any information as to where my order is, when it's gonna get here, and now I'm just out 400 bucks”

“Way smaller than expected. Ordered one 8'x2' and one 6'x2' feather flag banners. They are not even close to 8' or 6' high. The " 8' " banner its self is only 6' 5" from top to bottom.”

“What a clever gift for a 65th birthday surprise -- a feather flag waving in the front yard to welcome the recipient. I love it. Be aware that the hardware for the flag can be costly, but is necessary, so be sure to check it out before ordering. I'm so happy that I selected this method to surprise my friend.”
