“The Banners are awesome but if you buy an 8 foot flag they give you a 5ft 6 flag and argue that it’s 8 on poles. Total BS ! I ordered 4 8 foot flags and they have the nerve to tell me the poles make it 8 ft. However the company template says print surface is 8 ft x 2 feet. Scam that they won’t correct their mistake ! I want it rectified but they won’t help. They want to refund 20% I want my 8ft flag”

“Well, this is my 2nd or 3rd purchase through these folks. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only was that good, but the banners turned out wonderfully. I could not have made anything better, except perhaps keeping more of my first choices if I had to go back with regard to details on the type of banner. 5 STARS!!”
