“The pricing is good. The banners are pretty thin. What I am most disappointed about is the Clear Tabs. The info on the page is very misleading and it should never be recommended for 10-foot by 4-foot banners as we ordered. We now have three huge banners without grommets that we cannot even hang up. The Clear Tabs failed almost immediately.”

“I was truly disappointed. The 1/2 of the banner have digital squares look while the other 1/2 is a clear crisp photo look. I hope from a distance it not as evident as it is close up. If so will you redo them?”

“I placed my initial order on 1/27/2021. Only half of my address found its way on to the order by the time I received a "shipped" notification. That order was never recovered and was never delivered. I placed a new order for the same items on 2/8/2021 over the phone. The person read my address back to me and then my street name was misspelled when I received my "shipped" notification. That order was never recovered and was never delivered. On 3/2/2021 I somehow decided to try again and I placed the order again for the same items. This was over the phone. The person read my address back to me and then when I received my "shipped" notification my address number was incorrect. That order was never recovered and was never delivered. On 3/4/2021 I called to report all of this and the person on the phone seemed nearly as frustrated as me. He promised to send yet another new order and this time my address was taken down correctly ( on the 4th try! ) . That order reached me and I found the quality of the piece ( white fabric banner with artwork that consisted of large block letters in black ) to be unusable. The letters have an extreme "out of focus" look to them and they literally hurt your eyes to look at. This is what I received for my $55.60 and after an ordeal that was spread over 3 months. Incredibly, I did place one more order for the same banner but on vinyl to see what the quality looks like. I direct a Foundation that has a membership of a little over 700 people and am trying to find an item that I can include in their renewal packages. This would mean a sale of over 700 banners for you if I can find a way to feel satisfied when doing business with your service. I'm trying to be patient and am hoping that the vinyl banner that is en route will be of an acceptable quality.”
