“The majority of the banner turned out fantastic! I didn’t realize how long 6ft would actually be until I saw it, if I were to buy another one I would probably get it in half the size. Only issue I have is with the emblem I asked for is very pixilated. They contacted me and told me that the image I had chosen would be pixelated, so I sent them two other emblem designs to switch it out with. They never contacted me again if they worked or not so I assumed one of them must have been good. I received the banner and the first emblem I had on it is still there and looks messy. I’m a bit displeased that they didn’t call me again and instead just sent it.”

“The grommets should be standard in the pricing and if the customer doesn't need grommets then they should be able to delete. To add grommets at additional $9 is ridiculous. I went to the hardware store and put grommets on my sign for $5 including the tool. Overall the sign looks good, and am satisfied.”
