“While the in-ground holder is great quality so far, the banner itself is very flimsy and see-through which means it's nearly useless. I suppose I've learned my lesson that I'll need to order two-sided, but I don't know if the quality is what I want. Also, the proof process was maddening. No clear direction was given for what was needed when what I sent wasn't good enough resolution, and each email response (to an existing conversations) took several days so it was impossible to get it done in a fast and efficient manner. I am afraid I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.”

“The flags are great my only negative is that I had designed 4 flags in 4 hues of blue and they basically all look the same so hues don't really work you definitely need a big color difference for it to show. But otherwise I am extremely happy with them.”

“I was surprised to receive the two purple banners with white trim. When I called to ask why I was told the white trim was on all flag banners. Why not make the trim the same color as the banners? If I had known, I would have ordered white letters to match the trim? You might to make such perfectly clear on your web site.”
