“The design and ordering experience was great. However, from the proof, one cannot tell that the black letters on the purple (do to the material) would not show up as prominent. In this case, I believe a representative should be available to contact the account holder to make suggestions. Otherwise, the experience was fine. It's an expensive "lesson learned" that could have potentially been avoided with a friendly phone call. The second issue is the price of the ground stakes. It is astronomical in comparison to the banners.”
