“I ordered two sizes of banners -- 4x10 and 3x8. The larger one is slightly pixelated, but both are clear reading at the distance typical for the placement of the banners. It would be good to know the resolution of size file needed for clarity. If you made the smaller one first and then enlarged that, it might explain the pixelating. Overall, the ordering process and the uploading was easy. The shipment arrived exactly on time. Thank you.”
