“Customer Service was excellent. I uploaded my pdf file for my banner with dimensions 5ft wide x 3ft high. The upload software took this 5ft wide pdf and made a 3ft wide x 5ft high banner. When I called customer service they immediately corrected and made new banners free of charge, we were required to pay the shipping only.”
