“I could give them a 5 star rating because the banner itself is awesome. They were quick and customer service answered questions quickly when I was creating my banner. HOWEVER, I ordered banner bungees to use for the banner. They are listed in my shipping confirmation for this shipment and they were not there. Not the end of the world because I still had time to get to the store and fins something to use, but I have been charged for these. I sent an inquiry, but I have not heard back yet. I don't need the bungees anymore, I do need the refund. Takes a little fun out of a celebration..”
