“Banner looked great but it 11 days to get to me. When I called to get tracking info, bc the link wasn’t giving me info, customer service was super rude to me saying they couldn’t pull over an 18 wheeler and get my banner off for me. I was very nice until she said that ... I would have paid to have it reprinted and overnighted but before we could come up with a solution she just said refunded my money. I went to esigns.com and had my sign reprinted and shipped in time for the event with zero issues. I gave you a 2 bc the banner looked nice when it finally did arrive. Saying that banners ship within 24 hours is very misleading to the customer.”
