“I love the size and this banner works very well for my bookstore book signing events. Mechanically it's quite difficult to assemble and disassemble so I have to allow for extra time and possibly request help from store personnel.”
“The banner looks amazing and we are truly happy with how it turned out. Unfortunately, after having it less than a month and having used it less than a dozen times, the banner portion tore away from the frame. I tried contacting support by phone and email and have not received a response. It looks fantastic when it works but it just doesn't hold up to the tension placed on it by the stand”
“When I finally opened, the top of it was wrinkled, and the corner is not sealed together fully under the metal holder. A part of it looks like it’s barely holding on. So I have to be extremely careful . Overall it’s beautiful.”
