“Typically you guys are good to very good. This particular order for my client came with a slightly bent pole insert. She couldn't use until I fixed it. There were some minor scratches on the base (not a big deal but it is brand new). And the top feed of the banner was very difficult to pull out and up. I also had to help her with that by using a tool to loosen up. On the up side, the graphic came out great and delivery was prompt.”
“Customer service was SUPER helpful and addressed an image issue that was my fault, however - the stand was damaged in shipping, and bent, recommend adding foam padding to each end for shipping in case it is dropped or thrown during shipping.”
