“The banner itself is very nice, and the materials seem to be of good quality. It arrived in a timely manner. However, the banner had been allowed to retract with a great deal of force and one side of the top bar was trapped in the bottom housing. We eventually persuaded it free. It assembles easily and stands solidly, but the top returns to its bag just as smoothly. The top bar is tighter in the middle than at the two sides, so it puckers a bit.”
“The retractable banner comes out pretty blurry, so I wish the store had contacted me to explain the different result and propose a proper solution rather than just printed it out straight.
