“Zero stars. Deeply disappointed. The preview showed my banner looking great, but I got it in person and it wasn't the right color, and the image was squished. They showed me the "proof"—which I had not seen before and had no chance to approve or request a change—and it did show some of what I saw, but the color was still off! The review process was lengthy and I had to order a new banner from FedEx (turned out great), and in the end I'm only getting a partial refund because their team determined that it came out as expected. Don't waste your money or time. Find somewhere else to order your banner.”
“The first printing had a faulty frame so upon opening the banner tore. I reached out immediately and after sending pictures I was told we would get a reprint free of charge - which was the right thing to do, thank you. However, despite the fact that I said this was a Valentine's promotion so there was some urgency, it took longer for the second order to arrive than the first. I was only able to put up the sign for one week. Furthermore, I reached out TWICE to check up on when we would receive the reprint and it was several days, and after the delivery, that I received a response. Considering this was your mistake the printing should have been fast tracked. We're very disappointed and I'm not sure I will choose to order again.”
“Banner arrived damaged over a week ago. I called immediately and submitted both video and photo proof of defect. I was told a replacement would have reached me within a week, now it is past that. I should not have to wait from Jan 31 to today Feb 13 without nothing being done. Very poor indeed.”
