“If I could give this company less than one star I would. I ordered 3 banners and 2 out of 3 immediately broke. I reported this multiple times via email, chat and phone. Customer service is the rudest I have ever encountered. I was required to send pics and video which I did multiple times and they kept telling me I did not. Funny this is you could see the videos and the pics in the very long email chain and chat chain. This went on for months. Then they sent wrong replacement parts even after I took a screen shot of the part I needed from their website. Then the process continued even requesting I send them a picture of the parts they sent me. I assume their goal was to get me to give up. I did not.”
