“They sent me a message stating that part of my banner was very low resolution and needed to be changed. After I sent the new design, they then said another part (the logo) needed to be replaced, and the only thing I needed to do was send a higher resolution logo, which I did. I called back to let them know, and the girl who answered my call said, "I can't do that." I told her that was the information the last agent gave me. She put me on hold for a while and then said it was done. I asked her if I needed to send my approval, and she said no, that I could do it over the phone. So, SURPRISE, PART OF MY SIGN LOOKS BLURRY!!!... $100 FOR NOTHING....
Some agents on the phone are nice, but the last girl was very bad.”
