“The banner was printed well, but is a little more flimsy than expected. The BIG problem was that I created this banner to be sent directly to the conference center in would be presenting at AND paid extra for faster shipping but did not get my product in time. I was promised the item would be delivered on the 6th, and it wasn’t delivered until noon on the 8th. This was a problem because the conference started the morning of the 7th so I did not have what I needed for most of the conference.”
