“They sold me a broke retractable banner that didn’t retract then treated me as if I was lying and asked for a video of it and said give them 48hours to get back with me and it’s been 7 days since I sent the video”

It took a long hold time, and the first time I called I waited on hold for half an hour and then got hung up on. The end product was pretty good but one of the photos was blurry.”
“It turned out nice but I have a lot of trouble with the bar in the back to keep the banner standing straight. It gets stuck and bends easily. I've called to have the pole replaced and that's not an option”
