“Paid extra for quick shipping. Not only did it not come then but it arrived after when it should have if I had regular shipping then making it late for my event. I purchased from here because I previously had a good experience but this was my second and last time. The email asking me to fill out this review was the only email I received in regard to my order. That being said the product was decent but it is outsourced and not made in their facilities.”
“In theory good product. Color was good. Time to print was fast. There was a yellow line going across some of the print though, there was a bend and an indentation on the canvas. Don't know if that was just this one, or this happens”
“Didn't ship the banner on time and, despite paying extra for expidited shipping, shipped using UPS ground which was delayed 2 days past the anticipated delivery date. When I called about this, the customer service did not offer to refund the shipping for the mistake. I was not able to use my banner for the conference I bought it for. What a waste.”
