“I ordered the banners for a big event and they never arrived. Customer service said they would print new ones and overnight them. Those never arrived and I went online to see that instead of fixing their mistake they just canceled my order. Not a good way to earn loyalty or do business. I can’t recommend using them because of what they did leaving me out to dry.”
“Banner is good value for the price but the issue I have is when the banner is displayed the middle of the banner is curling. Not sure if over time this will correct itself but does look a little awkward.”
“So disappointed! My order arrived with a big black box outline going right through my logo. The company said it was my fault for not changing the border of my colored box, but the editor is so tiny that it was impossible to see on my computer that it was there. Even if you click on "see proof" all you get is a tiny, non-expandable, fuzzy image to look at. I thought everything looked great on the screen, but in person, it's awful. Because it was "what I submitted", even though it was too small to see the error on the screen, I can't get a full refund or free reprint. :( I also think the editor is terrible. Hard to work with.”
