“The banner looks good, it was difficult to get out initially, because it was jammed in. The banner was not connected properly and had to reconnect it has a small wrinkle because of it”
“I’ve been trying to get a replacement for almost a week. My event is coming up and they still didn’t approve the replacement! My image is supposed to be a dark, moody image, but they they did not print it true to color. They printed it much darker and the image on the the bottom can’t be seen. I need a replacement and they are still waiting for the art department to review and approve it. I’m very nervous that I won’t receive it in time. I’ve attached the original artwork and their print.”
