I paid additional postage to receive the banner on Tuesday, 10/9/24, for a meeting on 10/9/24 but got a message that the banner would not be delivered until 10/10/24. I think I should receive some refund for these issues.”
“My first banner came with a big blurry photo. Throughout MANY, MANY phone calls I learned that this should have been caught by your staff initially, it wasn't. I was told by a couple staff that I could get a credit, instead of a new banner, but the final person I spoke with recognized this error on your part, and got my replacement banner at no cost to me. He also educated me on photo sizes, so I could avoid this experience in the future for both myself and your staff. Nice folks helped me through this process.”
