“It was a mixed(neither good nor bad)experience overall with a purchase at Banners on the cheap. My order was kept on hold due to the uploaded image being not clear to print which is a good thing from their side for being cautious before printing and letting the customer be aware of it. But they should have taken some measures that even in such cases the product would not be delayed on delivery by maybe directly contacting the provided mobile number or so to quickly unhold the order. Also the other thing that happened was, once I resent a new printable image through email it was not approved immediately and I have paid extra for expedited shipping to get the product reach me faster and unfortunately i got the product still at the day which was at non-expedited date just that with my extra amount they shipped a little quicker.
Definitely overall process can/should still be improved.”
“It was sent to me twice, however, I was unable to open the banners. Customer service was great as they gave a refund. I had to go to 2 events without a banner.”
