“I’m so disappointed with the experience I had, I used to love this company, but I will never order again. Our order was delivered nearly 2 weeks after promised delivery date to a hotel, even though I explicitly gave a new address several times. Now I need to contact hotel to try to track down my banner and pay extra to have it shipped to me. This is a huge hassle and completely preventable.
The replies via email saying I didn’t approve art were a reply to the previous emails where I approved art. The level of complete indifference and ignoring is dismal at best and I don’t know how a business can survive with this level of experience. If you need a banner with an unlimited timeline, then consider this company. If you have a timeline, it’s worth your money to shop elsewhere.”
