“I ordered a two-sided retractable banner. You sent me THREE banners before I could receive one with any damage. First banner, base end cover cracked, pole bent because of weak packaging. Banner #2, since you refused to package with some kind of cushion around a heavy banner and case within a thin tote bag, the banner tote bag zipper was bent and broken. And the base end covers were totally MISSING. So this banner was not completely build out. You refused to send me a tote bag and the case endings, stating you could only send me another banner. Banner #3 came. Again, packaged the same so base slightly scratched up on one corner. You have the photos. Corporate Office needs to review the packaging/shipping process.”

“We received it promptly, and were very pleased with the quality. The pictures were sharp and clear, and the coloring was great. The only slight problem was that it wasn't completely centered vertically, but that was a minor problem. We've noticed you have to be careful rolling it back into the case, or the edges can easily be folded. Over all, we are very pleased!”
