“Poor quality control. Purchased 2 different 2sided flags with the exact same logo on both flags and both sides. Received the first one and one side was good but the other side was upside down. Spoke to customer service and a second flag was to be sent out. The second flag arrived fine but then after a week went by I called to find out where my replacement was and they told be they were just going to refund me my money because they were now out of stock on the flag I purchased and didn’t have any recommendations or suggestions on a different flag or anything. I called back and spoke to someone else who was very nice and offered another option to me. We had to place another order for that flag and wait to be issued a refund for the other one. The replacement flag came in and it was the same way, one side good and the other upside down again. Not to mention the stitching was very poor and I’m not sure how this made it through quality control. I received and email with proof for art work approval in which everything looked right on them. When they arrived they were not what I approved. Now I’m still waiting to get a third replacement and I haven’t heard from them in a week however I have received approximately 8-9 emails asking for a review in the last 2 days so here it is. Hopefully you have a better experience than I did if you choose to use this company.”
“Product still has not arrived. The address was wrong for shipping. Regardless if someone on my team put it in wrong all shippers (Sellers) have the option to go into UPS and update an address. This will correct the problem and they will be able to deliver the product correctly. I spoke to your team several times about this from signs and banners on the cheap over the past two weeks to be told they don't do that and only reship after reprinting the order. Frustratingly, I paid the shipping again for your process which could have been handled differently and the flags still haven't arrived nor were they on time for the event.”
“I was so happy to receive my custom flag in just a few short days. It turned out amazing until I looked at the back. The logo on the back was flipped upsidedown. I reached out to the company to have them reprint the flag and submitted pictures of the upsidedown logo. The said no problem and submitted the flag to be reprinted. I waited a week and didn't hear back about shipping as I had paid for rush shipping because we had an event that we were headed to. I called and they said oh.... looks like we are out of stock and will refund you your money. This is unacceptable, my event is in less than a week now and it appears that I wasn't going to get notification that I was not getting the flag for my event. Overall the flag was made of a great thick durable material and I was happy with the qualitiy however, the fact that they messed the flag up and shipped it messed up meant that abviously the quality control wasn't there. My design was supposed to be the exact same front and back.”
“Great flags that are super durable. We printed on both sides and they look great. Our image could be a tad sharper and we weren't able to tell on the mock up. Overall, a great product!”
