“I got the liner with my basket, but I prefer to use the banneton without the liner as the pattern of the basket is so pretty on the finished loaves. Just make sure to flour well, or else your dough will stick to it.”

“Very good quality. Agreed with others, size guide is a bit off by my experience. size for a 25cm is more for a 23cm.”
