I bought the Kittiwakes to wear to work-I was looking for black shoes with small heel, smart with pants or dress, a bit stylish and had to be comfortable. I have trouble finding nice shoes that are comfortable. My feet are a bit wide. All the reviews raved about the kittiwakes so I bought them online in my usual size 39. The first week my toes had no skin on the tops they were so sore-lots of bandaids. After about week/10 days of wear they were fine! Amazing and now are so comfortable. Very happy and I will buy again. They are worth the price and I’m very hard on shoes yet polish up beautifully.

I love my Kittiwakes and wear them both to work or dressing up a casual weekend outfit. As a teacher I'm on my feet all day long and these are perfect. My only regret is that I missed out on the Pink and Grey model.

I love these shoes and get so many compliments at work. They took a bit of wearing in and getting used to - they rub a bit at the back, after that super comfy and can wear them all day long. They also match all my outfits and can wear them casually on the weekend!

I fell in love with these shoes as soon as I saw them! They have been comfortable from the first wear. Bared seem to have got the formula right for people that need more supportive shoes that are actually stylish. The staff at Manchester Lane so helpful I bought a pair of sandals too!!

These are my first pair of bared shoes. I bought them online, and got 38 as that’s my usual size. They arrived quickly, but unfortunately it turns out that bared, like many orthotic brands, run a size bigger. I had similar issues with ziera. So I took them back to the Manchester lane store next time I was in the city. They happily exchanged them for a 37, no drama at all. They are quirkily different looking, as I got the spotted version, and draw many compliments. Perfect height, supports the achilles well and gifts a bit of lift, but can be worn all day at work. As written in the company blurb, the pointed toe has added length, so you should definitely go down a size. The arch support inside really helps my flat feet. These really suit my wide feet and have got me onto bared bigtime!

In love with this shoes, Ive had so many comments - wee bit tight on top of my toes but after a few wears they have loosened up a little, love them because they go with any item of clothing!
