“I really struggle with Bared shoes. I have a medium to wide foot, and find them too roomy across the vamp, which makes my foot claw and causes painful blisters. The ankle strap styles ‘bite’ my ankles as I try to get some support to keep the shoe in place (and even then my toes sometimes fly out of the shoe...) I try everything the helpful staff suggest to no avail.
Not so with Manakin. Finally, Bared shoes I can actually walk in! Comfortable shoe with an easy height. The shoe has been lengthened to accommodate the point yet are firmly secured with the straps. No blisters after first wear. There is little to protect the point, however, so just be wary of scuffing them. Gorgeous shoe, very comfortable. Highly recommend!”
“I really wanted to like these shoes as they are comfortable and the cross-over straps are pretty. The only downside with such a pointed shoe is that my foot looks far too long lengthways and out of proportion (I'm a size 38). Had to return unfortunately.”

“These pair of shoes are by far a miracle for my long suffering plantar fasciitis. They look beautiful and great for weekdays and weekends. The only slight downfall is the peeling of leather at the tip. Apart from that, love it!”
