The customer service was also excellent (I accidentally ordered the wrong size however the team immediately got back to me and sorted out my error - in the middle of a sale too!)”
“I love the look and feel of these shoes. I purchased a size 37 because I’m usually always a size 6, however they were immediately too big on me, so I exchanged for the size 36. I straight away felt much more comfortable and decided to keep them, however after walking outside for a few minutes I noticed I had indeed picked a size too small and it was now too late to exchange them. I recommend trying the shoes inside for at least 5 minutes, and make use of the toe pads or “party feet” they send you if you are having an issue with sizing. All in all it was a wonderful shopping experience and my opinion of the shoes is only because of my own stupidity (and excitement for new shoes) it hasn’t discouraged me from purchasing from bared again as their customer service is amazing and the shoes are amazing, perfect for work if you get the correct fit.”
“I've been looking for the perfect pair of heels to have for work and I'm so glad I went with these! Not only are they trendy, but they're oh so comfortable. I happened to order the wrong size and a few days after contacting the customer service team my new pair arrived. I don't think I've ever dealt with such great customer service from a company! “Super super cute and the colour is just perfect. The toe area is a little roomy which is comfy for the toes, especially in pointed toe shoes, but does make my feet slip around a bit. The customer service team were absolutely amazing though and immediately shipped me their gel inserts which helped with the extra room. If I could be picky, I would say that I don't love having to step onto gel instead of the supportive sole and it can also get a bit sweaty. It would be definitely be nice if the inserts could be leather as well. That said, these are perfect apart from my minor complaint (and let's be honest, most companies would not even bother to send an insert!) and I'll definitely be keeping these. I would not hesitate to purchase another pair of Bared shoes or to recommend them.”
“These are the first comfy heels I own. The colour and quality is divine. I love how the tip isn’t too narrow for your toes, the interchangeable straps are great! Great grippy soles and stable heel. The customer service is the best I have ever dealt with as I initially ordered a size too big. No question is too much. Just a breeze to deal with.”
