“I was so excited to receive my black Keas! Being the owner of many other pairs of Bared shoes, I was surprised that the size 38 seemed a little bit loose on me (38 always fits well for me). I contacted the Bared team and they responded quickly and informed me that it was important to have a bit of extra space in the toe area to avoid toes getting smushed into the point (and to allow for foot expansion in the summer). They advised me against going down a size. The amazing team even sent out complimentary toe gel inserts! They are still a little loose for my liking so I suspect I won't be able to wear them for long nights but I still love them and intend to keep them. The Bared team always provides such an amazing high level of customer service and this is why I am so loyal to the brand. Only giving 4 stars because it wasn't a perfect fit for me but the shoe itself is 5 stars”
“Wow I have been introduced to the best shoes my feet have ever been in! I have many feet issues from plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, skinny feet & long toes, I rarely get out of my orthotics. “I've worn these shoes in for 3 days at home and finally wore them out last night, they are still a bit tight on the outside of the feet and dig in but the footbed was very comfortable all night for 6 hours. I don't have wide feet and the next size up was way too big. The nubuck marks quite easily too.”
