I bought a size 37 which were a little big for me (although that is my standard size). Contacted bared who quickly sent me a 36 to try, and included some party feet style cushions as well!
The 36, with the cushions fit perfectly and improved the comfort of an already very comfortable shoe.
Sent the 37 back, no hassles at all.
