I would have given these a five star rating except for the stiffness of the leather on the top of the shoe above my toes. I am so happy to report that following 11 hours on my feet, walking great distances around Crown for a wedding, my foot bed wasn't at all painful - that was a new experience!!!

I bough the glitter Kea shoes for my wedding & they are so comfortable. Being slightly between sizes I found that with this style I went down a size compared to the flats I tried on. The glitter is even more luminous in real life!

The glitter Kea shoes paired perfectly (see what I did there?) with my tea length wedding dress. They were an optimal compromise between style and comfort. I danced the night away! Mum wants a pair now, too!

Honestly the best online customer service that I’ve ever had. I had to exchange for a size down and couldn’t believe how easy it was. The returns policy is was beyond fair. As for the shoes, I cannot believe that comfort can look that cute. Gorgeous colour (true to picture.) Would 100 percent recommend.

These shoes are amazing, I have bought them to be my wedding shoes, as i can stand in them for hours and dance the night away! They feel like wearing a hug. And they went perfectly with my wedding dress or a pair of casual jeans so i can wear them for ever now!

Very impressed with these shoes. Super comfortable, even for wide feet, and the colour is gorgeous. Highly recommend

I really wanted to love these shoes, I really did. I also subscribe to the 'if you've nothing positive to say...' mantra however I also believe that those of us who buy online should read honest reviews, both good and bad and make up our minds from there. I sent this feedback to Bared in an email and didn't get any response so I definitely tried to do the right thing. I bought the Kea in leopard when they were on sale in the middle of this year. The fit just didn't seem right to start off with, they didn't seem to support my foot. Being in Melbourne for a conference I took them with me and went to the city store where the customer service was excellent, no issues there. She assured me the size was correct and gave me a gel half sole. I wasn't convinced they were a lot better but she definitely tried so I left thinking they may be ok. Back to a Perth winter so they were tucked away until a few months ago. I made the mistake of wearing them to work without a backup pair of shoes with me. My work is largely office and computer based so I'm not walking huge distances. I had to cancel an afternoon meeting as I couldn't face the thought of walking down the hallway in these again. They weren't supporting my very normal sized foot (nothing strange about its shape) and I ended up with large blisters and my 4th toes feeling bruised an extremely painful. The shoes also felt very heavy compared with others of a similar style. Whilst I'm glad to see that these shoes work for many customers, as someone with a 'normal' size 7 foot they were extremely uncomfortable and a very poor, unsupportive fit. For a once only wear they were also expensive. Fine if you get lots of wear but frankly I couldn't imagine wearing them again. On the basis of this experience I would be unlikely to recommend of buy Bared shoes again. Shame.
