I opted to exchange the shoes in-person and the experience was painless. The first two times I wore the shoes, they did irritate the back of my foot, so you may want to have bandaids on the ready. However, they're now my most comfortable pair and no irritation at all. The colour goes with quite a bit and they look great.”
