“These shoes quickly become my favourite work shoes and my "desk to dinner/drinks" staple. They look great with a skirt, pants, or worn casually with jeans and the flat style means I can wear them all day and still be comfortable. I have the patent leather so they have a little sine to them too.”
“Love these shoes. My first pair from Bared and will definitely purchase more. Very comfy with suplues inserts or my own orthotics. Love that they can be dressed up or down. My only small complaint is that for my narrow ankle they could do with an additional buckle hole.”
“Ordered these in my normal Bared size, and they did not fit. The shoes are very wide, and the fit package does not remedy this. Also, the shoes look extremely frumpy on. Only purchase these if you have super wide feet and like a matronly, frumpy look. To make matters even worse, I sent them back (super expensive for those of us who don't live in Australia), and Bared has not received them, will not refund. Wow! What a waste of lots of money. I have many well-loved pairs of Bared shoes, but this was a total disappointment!”

As explained over email, we do try our best to ensure the fit feels right by including fitting packs with our closed toe shoes where you can play around with the different fitting options, however in saying this, everyone has different foot shapes, foot types, etc so some shoes may fit better than others.
We also know how tricky it can be buying shoes online without trying them on so we’ve tried to make our online shopping experience as easy as possible.
You can return unworn (full-priced) shoes to us for a full refund, and we’re always happy to send you multiple pairs for the price of one shoe so you can compare sizes and styles. We cover the cost of shipping on the way TO you (via DHL express), however any return shipping and / or payment of VAT charges is at a cost borne by you. We ask you to check the potential VAT charges prior to purchasing as we are not responsible for any charges incurred.
In terms of our returns policy, at Bared, we do try and be as transparent as possible when it comes to making customers aware that we are only able to offer store credits or exchanges on sale items. We ask that you click ‘agree’ to the terms & conditions prior to checkout, as well as displaying it on our website, sale FAQs and through the EDMs we send to our customer base as well as our social channels.

“I bought these a month ago and have been wearing them a lot around the house. SO Comfy with my orthotics but it means they do cut into my heels because my foot seats deeper into the shoe. They go gape a little bit on the inner part of my foot but this is probably because they are stretching to conform to my foot and with a custom insert. Highly recommend!”
