Took a little bit to wear in but now that they have mounded to my feet, they are so comfortable and stylish. Love wearing them with a work dress or with jeans on the weekend.”
“These shoes look fabulous on the website and I knew I would make good use out of them. However, they take a long time to wear in. First time wearing them they shredded one of my heels which took over two weeks to heal! Have worn twice since then and put plasters on before I head out. Weirdly it’s just one heel that’s affected. Thank you for providing a review of your Terns. We are so sorry to hear that the wear in process is taking a little while and that you have experienced blisters.
As unpleasant as they are, blisters the first few times you wear a shoe are not uncommon. However, we understand your frustrations. We recommend massaging the leather in the spots that rub and also wearing thick socks whilst you wear in the shoes.
We do have a miracle cure to help prevent future blisters. We have arranged for some of our magic gel spots to be sent out to you to pop into the shoes where they are rubbing. Hopefully this will help you avoid future blisters. If you have further problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
