Thanks for taking the time to review your Bared shoes, we really appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing blisters in the Terns.
I have arranged for some heel grips along with some gel spots to try, these just need to be stuck in the back of the heels and will prevent you from directly rubbing onto the leather until it softens.
Let us know how you go once you've tried them.

“The shoes look and feel much better in real life. I've had many compliments on how stylish they look, and can pretty much pull together any look. They make mum jeans look fancy! The shoes are made out of really strong leather, which is fantastic for longevity. However, it did take me about 4 weeks of wearing these shoes in (thick socks, heel pads which customer service were excellent in assisting with). Quite often I find myself saying, they don't make things how they used to, but that's not the case with Bared. I'm looking forward to expanding my collection.”
