“Strap was too short, and hard to pull through the catch. I emailed bared and they quickly responded that the shoe and strap would stretch. I love the shoe and have found the leather and stretched enough for the shoe to work. The strap still can’t go all the way through the catch, but stays in place and I can’t pull the shoe on and off without having to bother with the strap. Still very happy.”
