“I have been following this brand for a while and was so excited or order my first pair of bared shoes - I chose the honey eater shoe in black nubuck as I thought they would be good for work. The size I originally purchased, my normal size, was huge and my feet were slipping out so I asked to change them for the size down. The customer service team was helpful but only after I insisted that the shoes were in fact too big and describe how much bigger the shoes we’re than my feet. The new pair came and they fit perfectly, I felt really supported and was excited. After 5 hours of wearing these shoes the straps had cut through my skin from the rubbing and left substantial grazes on my ankles. I had also accumulated several painful blisters but I persevered and tried to wear them again and the unfortunately the exact same thing happened. In addition to the pain, the two times I have worn the shoes they have gain substantial markings from the slightest of touches which I would call everyday use. Really disappointed.”

“I honestly would prefer to just wear flats all the time, but I do feel like every girl needs a pair of black heels in her wardrobe for those 'power dressing' days, so these are the answer for me. I have quite wonky feet - wide-ish forefoot, narrow heel and I overpronate - but these are fantastic, I can wear them all day with no problems at all. The only challenge I have had is that the heel pad at the back has lifted off a little bit (something to do with the way I walk) so I had to glue it back down, but otherwise has been great.”

“It took some time to wear them in but once I did, they were super comfortable! I've been able to wear them on a full day at work at the hospital and they've been great! I did get several blisters the first few times I wore them but after I wore into them - they were completely fine.
I have wide feet and I do get a bit of the side digging in at the lateral side but it has improved after several wears.
These were my first pair from Bared, and I was definitely hesitant to buy them but I'm already looking to buy my second pair now.
