“I bought these lovely shoes for my son's wedding in a rural setting. The wedding was postponed because of COVID 19 social isolation etc but the shoes are wonderful. I found the size I ordered just a tiny bit wide. So I called to arrange the free delivery of a second pair, one size smaller. I was blown away by the policy that delivered me a second pair at no cost! Yes, truly, free delivery and free return of which ever pair I decided not to keep (or even both if my sizing was really unlucky). Complementary gel inner half soles were provided too with the second pair. With the inner half soles, the original pair is a perfect fit. Best telephone customer service I have experienced in years to arrange the second pair. And the shoes are so lovely. I can't wait to wear them outside!”
