“These shoes have been amazing! Work requires us to wear closed in toe, sensible height shoes with a good non-slip grip. This shoe ticks all the boxes and is super stylish. I chose the desert nubuck colour and they are versatile and go well with many different coloured clothes which is awesome. The only downside (thus not 5 stars) was they started squeaking only after a few wears - I contacted Bared and they were replaced with another pair which still squeak but not as bad as the initial pair.”
“These rubbed a little on the top of my toes at first and needed some wearing in. I’m also between sizes so needed the gel pad to achieve the right fit. This does make it a little less comfortable as I can feel the contour of the pad under my feet. They do look great in black nubuck and go with everything from work to evening wear. I like the lower ankle strap compared to the rheas as it feels more secure. Overall happy with purchase.”

I bought these in the last sale & wore them on a night out for the first time and they were perfect, the fit was amazing, they were super comfortable and lasted me all night. They are also stylish and versatile. I have struggled so much with shoes for such a long time due to having big feet that are very wide. I pretty much haven't bought shoes from another brand since discovering Bared because they're shoes are well size, well made, very comfortable and are so stylish. It used to be that they only made ugly, boring shoes for women with size 11 feet, enter Bared and your life will never be the same.”
“These are the most comfortable work shoes I've purchased and the black leather goes with everything. I have flat feet and usually wear orthotics but I can wear these all day without any problems.”
“I like my brolgas but don't love them. Sadly, they give my blisters on my toes, and I need to wear little stocking socks and bandaids, and the nubuck marks very easily (I have the "desert" colour). They are a very versatile shoe though, and with the stockings I am comfortable in them.”

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing blisters in the Brolgas and finding that they mark easily.
As discussed with my colleague, nubuck leather is more susceptible to marking easier in comparison to a plain leather due to the nature of nubuck so we do recommend taking extra care with them.
We have also arranged for some nubuck reviver to be posted out to you which will aid in the prevention of the marks.

“Brolga in ultraviolet suede. Comfortable, supportive, day-to-night shoes. Great with all black outfit. Suede is so soft I didn’t need to wear in. True to size, with a bit of wiggle room in pointed toe.”
